- NAN AMay 3, 20265.0Today I went to a Lush store to exchange a product that didn’t suit me for something else I prefer. I didn’t have the receipt, but I was treated very kindly. They truly made my day. I really appreciate the staff and the store manager—the products are absolutely beautiful. I especially love the Scrubee product. I originally went to exchange a Scrubee item, but this kind and thoughtful service made me so happy. It even made me excited to buy more products. Their kindness is truly something to learn from.

I came in twice/two diffent weeks and didn’t get acknowledged until I was in the store for almost like 5/10 mins. Especially in such a small store and I’m only one in here. I miss the downtown store. They really made you feel welcome and looked after. Tbh kill this store bring back th one downtown. 😭
