  I booked a haircut with Latanya for $27, which included a complimentary hot towel, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. She absolutely rushed the entire haircut. I asked her several times if she could trim my beard down, and she told me it would be an additional $10, which I was more than happy to pay. However, she never touched my beard at all. She kept shoving the mirror in my face as if she was finished, and I had to repeatedly point out what still needed to be done. I was in & out within 10 mins. The entire experience felt extremely rushed and unprofessional. I practically had to beg her to trim my mustache, and I never received the hot towel that was supposed to be included with my haircut. I paid $27 for a haircut and hot towel that I never received, plus an additional $10 for a beard trim that was never done. My beard looks exactly the same as when I walked in. To make matters worse, she still had the nerve to ask if I wanted to leave a tip. 😡 I still tipped her, but honestly, I shouldn’t have. Smh. Absolutely terrible customer service and a very disappointing experience.

  I had appointment set up for a haircut went in and was told I had “lice” immediately I told her my head doesn’t itch my kids are fine I fix their hair everyday and she said “I’m sure I’ve seen it enough to know” I was told to leave I immediately went to Ulta salon to confirm and she said “you absolutely do not have lice you have danddruff” as a hairstylist I feel like you should know the difference immediately before you embarrass someone telling someone they have lice. I understand the procedures but again as a hairdresser/stylist I think you should clearly know the difference.

  I went for hair cut and I had a bad experience with stylist Mina … I asked for shoulder length and it was so short which I didn’t like it very less patient in understating customer needs and requirements.

  let me start by saying I’m a hairstylist myself but i really wanted a day to just relax and get my hair done. it didn’t seem that serious considering i just wanted a haircut and PLATINUM CARD highlights(which i’m pretty positive is alot more money) … my hair was thick dirty blonde with white blonde grown out at the mid lengths to ends and down to my waist. I showed numerous numerous numerous pics of what i wanted which was a lot of white blonde highlights(which my hair lightens extremely easily even without toner.) layers and probably 6 inches off the length. it really sucks because my hair now is really choppy idk if the layers were cut right but even worse there’s a drop off of hair that is disconnected from the last short layer to the longest length as if she was trying to save the length by any means to make it what i “wanted” ,, that doesn’t even make sense. it’s a lot shorter then what i wanted. I’m really pissed. years and years of growing it out just to going to have to go back to wearing extensions.. the woman i chose on the app was the highest level stylist you could get too… I’m devastated. i guess i’ll be fixing the color myself but I’m in disbelief over this haircut it’s wild. ps- platinum card hilights is when every piece of hair has lightener hence the up charge ….. i can’t even see the highlights in mine. there’s no way she used more than 10 vol developer and it wasn’t on long.. maybe i should’ve spoken up when it took a very short time from start to finish… but idk why she wouldn’t do what i booked for ? and after showing pics… whatever I’m botched
