  Worst customer service that i’ve seen out of all the “luxury stores”. First off all, they make you wait outside for 20 mins before even stepping foot in. When they do let you in, there is no welcoming at all or accommodating your needs. I asked for a pair of glasses and the lady didn’t even try to look for them and just told us that they didn’t have them, while I picked them up and found them in a second as they were right in-front of our faces. Secondly, they don’t offer you drinks or anything and made me wait another 20 minutes just to “package” a pair of sunglasses. When the lady came out, she yelled at us for taking pictures when we clearly were not. I did not realize that just opening your camera app meant you were taking photos of the boutique which wasn’t really put together (or the employees) to say the least. The white lady with the black long hair and a clip in the back was the coldest and most disrespectful service worker I have ever met. This proves to me that chanel does not care about their customers and continues to hire employees with no class, basic respect, and what it seems like, no prior training to working here. To work in a place like chanel, you should atleast meet their requirements, it was obvious she did something provocative to get in…

  Had a great experience at the fragrance counter. Daria was lovely and provided a very honest and helpful fragrance recommendation (Paris Riviera) that led to a full bottle purchase. While many of the Chanel fragrances were out of my price range, I was able to test and sample everything I wanted without feeling pressured. Thank you!

  Be careful with return or exchange policy. I really Love Chanel but I had an bad experience with the boutique and it was my first time I asked for exchange and they told me that I can't because I bought it online and they don't accept it. So, my question is why do they have a boutique in KOP if don't help to costumers? Very bad experience and very disappointed.

  Buyer beware - Chanel has a sneaky return policy. If you buy an item from the boutique, the return or exchange policy is 14 days. However, if you buy something from Chanel.com, it's 30 days to return or exchange the item. My wife received a bottle for Christmas but she had an abundance of that particular fragrance. Now for a bottle of unopened and sealed perfume, what would be the harm in exchanging this type of item at the boutique???? Well the store staff absolutely refused to make an exchange. I called customer care and they confirmed the policy and admitted they the return/exchange policy was vague between online sales and in person sales. I still feel that the staff could have been of more assistance and done an exchange of this type. Now they have lost a life long loyal customer.
