  Worst Sephora in the area. I have been a frequent flyer since they opened this location and they never seem to have free samples. Save yourself the visit and shop online to make sure you get your well deserved freebies.

  I have been going here with my daughter for quite a while, but will no longer purchase anything from this Sephora at Kohls. My daughter bought primer and eyeliner and then we shopped at Kohls and went home. When we checked the bag, the eyeliner was not there and there was a small hole in the bag. We went back and showed the salesperson and she got the manager. The manager said he saw on video that the eyeliner was put in the bag and he also saw us walk around Kohls, and the eyeliner may have fallen out when we were shopping. Even though they gave us the bag with the hole, he was rude, dismissive, and refused to give my daughter the $24 eye liner replacement. His customer service was atrocious and he even alluded that we may have been lying. We will not be back. The Ulta customer service across the street is much better and more respectful.
