    For that particular visit, I rate a 5! I had received an online order. One of the two items were unexpected and unexceptable. It was a travel size perfume. The container was totally empty!! Unbelievable! This was an item that they didn't have at the store. I called and explained what happened and I was told that I could still bring it in for a refund. I said, "great! I'll be right there." Upon entering the store with the box that I had gotten a day ago, I was greeted by a young lady who was an employee. I got in the line. She came to the register. I explained what happened and she very nice and totally understanding and professional. Instead of getting a refund, I decided to try a different travel spray of interest. She offered to switch the mailing box out for their regular cute little shopping bag. And she also gave me a couple of samples. It was a very nice experience.😊

    I was just here for instacart shopping, I hate stores like this.....BUT the women who helped me, her name is Amber✔️!!!! Absolutely amazing, patient and there was a long line, she knew I was doing instacart and cashed me out with the handheld device!!!! Thank you a million times

    Very upset with this location. I am a Rouge member and spend thousands of dollars a year. This location did me grimy. They're sheisters! I saved up two $100 Rouge Rewards coupons to go toward a $450 bottle of perfume. - With these coupons, you can't get your points back. Anyways, the lady said they had my large bottle of Kilian that I wanted in stock. I confirmed 3 times because online said it was not in stock. Anyways, they kept my bottle behind the counter and then put it in the bag. I didn't get a chance to see what size she put in and only realized when the price didn't add up to what it was to be. I said something wasn't correct. She said it was, and I asked if it was the 3.4 fl oz. Then she informed me that it wasn't that it was the 1.7fl oz and Sephora didn't sell that size and wanted to argue. I had to bring it up online that they in fact do! It was too late because she already took my reward points, so I had to finish paying for the rest.. Well, I could have paid the $150 like I wanted to and got double the amount. Better value… of course, they didn't want that! so now, I'm stuck with just the small bottle that I will go through in no time. The sales rep told me to just call customer service and I didn't know what to do… This put a bad taste in my mouth about Sephora, and now they just lost a rouge member. And when I say thousands, we are only in the fourth month and I've already spent over $6000 at Sephora. They lost a loyal customer is all. Avoid this location.

    This was my first time visiting this location and I would have to give Sephora a 3/5 because there were quite a bit of employees, but most of the employees were huddled at the register talking with each other but not talking with customers. I will say that Mikayla was the only person to interact with me while I needed help looking for a new foundation. Mikayla was super sweet and she had amazing knowledge on makeup and what brands catered to my needs based on my skin texture. If anyone visits this location I say ask for Mikayla!
