I *did* call beforehand, but they weren't busy so I could have walked right in (and did about 15 mins later, lol) Being that the rooms are a bit like cubicles inside the shop (which is inside a mall) - yes, you will hear everything happening around you, but it was pretty quiet while I was there (1pm on a Saturday). I really didn't mind the occasional interruption because where else can you get a massage (with hot stones!) for $1/minute ? Overall, it was a good experience and I'll definitely be back 😊
