- DHDenise HallApr 22, 20261.0Recently at the Union deposit square hbg location I asked out loud verbally the price of a mousse. I was told verbally it was $13.00. I'm choosing not to reveal the stylist's name to save her embarrassment. I'm almost 74 on a cane with difficulty walking and was in a hurry to get an Uber to the nearby hospital for testing. I did not review the receipt until after I got home and saw I was charged $16.00( $15.99) for this product. I called the main number and was told these places are like franchise stores and I could return to the store for a resolution. I told the woman on the main number I'm older handicapped with no help and I would need to pay another Uber approximately $20.00 for a round trip for $3.00!! That woman was very nice and said she would contact the owner of that store and now it's three days and I've heard nothing. Human beings make mistakes but this was clear amount of $13.00 said aloud to me so buyer's beware. If you purchase anything at the Union deposit square location - check your receipt before you leave the store. I'm hurt and angry because I struggle so hard on nothing but social security and receive no help financially from anyone. So while $3.00 might not sound like a lot to many people - it's the deception and the $3.00 that are of importance to me. They have my name and phone number and can call for my address to mail me a cashier's check for my refund - as they honestly should do. I don't usually write reviews but I'm warning others so they don't get taken advantage of like I believe I was.

I will not be coming back to this establishment ever again. I also showed her a picture and she did the opposite of it. Judging by other peoples opinions and reviews shared about the same woman she should get fired and have her licenses revoked. If you see her trying to cut ur HAIR run.
