    Very disappointing experience. I booked haircuts and blowouts for myself and my daughter in advance. We arrived just 5 minutes late due to traffic, and they refused to accommodate the blowouts because of the next appointment. I even offered to skip my own haircut so they could do my daughter’s haircut and blowout, but they still said no. I understand the importance of staying on schedule, but there was absolutely no flexibility or effort to find a solution. I usually go to another salon, but it was closed today, so I tried this one. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

    Kourtney highlighted my hair and gave me a wonderful salon experience. She was very gentle and a great conversation. She left my hair looking beautiful! Great stylist- Definitely give her a try if you need your hair done!

    Stylist did a good job on my root touch up but wasn’t very friendly, never introduced herself or never even told me her name and didn’t really interact with me warmly at all during the service. I’m used to stylists being friendly, good with people and good at making you feel relaxed, comfortable and welcomed. This stylist did none of that. Maybe she was having a bad day. I wouldn’t schedule with her again.
