    I have been getting my hair cut and styled by Kim for years in Hanover, PA. I have long/thick hair and she always does an exceptional job when cutting and styling my hair. Kim does an exceptional job and I will always return to her when I need my hair done🩷

    I hate to give 2 stars because Jenna is great. She did an excellent job with my hair. That being said her coworker did my 12 yr old daughters hair. When she went in it was dirty blonde. My daughter wanted peek a boo blue under her dirty blonde. I dont know what happened as I was also getting my hair done and couldn't see (no glasses). When we arrived her lady was all befuddled. Didn't act like she wanted to do it looking back maybe she didn't know HOW to do it. I just wish she had been honest and said that because now my 12yr old has Grey hair with blue streaks. The manager took 60.00 off of my 433.00 bill. Just be wearing of who you get to do what service. My girls beautiful no matter what but this is NOT what we asked for.

    Had a great experience. The staff was nice and my stylist did a great job. She took her time to make sure my layers turned out perfect. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure through the hold cut that I was liking how it was being done. I'd highly recommend.

    I really loved the environment and the people they were really nice especially my hairstylist. She was really awesome and my daughter‘s hairstylist too. She was awesome. She handled my daughter very well. She did a really good job on her hair. My hairstyle is did a good job on my hair as well love the people love the ladies there they were so awesome so friendly and welcoming. I would love to go back again.
