  WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. I bought a few products from this store a couple days ago, one of which was a concealer that was in a wrongly labeled package. I came by today to exchange, unaware of the no return policy. When I approached the counter to inquire of an exchange, the woman was extremely rude in her delivery of the policy, to which I replied I’m sorry, I wasn’t aware of that. She immediately ran to their back room and I heard laughing. I decided I would just shop and get the correct shade. While I was opening a box to one (to make sure the right shade was in the box) the other women, who was older and had purple hair, came over to me ripped the box from my hands and told me I wasn’t allowed to open boxes. She then accused me of stealing saying “where you going to switch that out!?” I told her No, I was going to buy the right shade how dare you accuse me. I told her that they were being rude for absolutely no reason and I left. I still cannot believe that happened. They had no reason to be so rude and no basis for the accusation.

  I was in the store browsing and one of the clerks was trying to look like she was restocking a shelf but she was really just looking at her phone. (No offer of any help). So when I opened a lip pencil to see the actual color, she yelled at me that it wasn’t a tester. I explained that there was no tester opened and she nastily said “we’ll now I’m going to have to throw it away!” And “did you do that to anything else on this table?!”. I had an item at the register that I had picked out previously but after that I just walked out without any purchase and I will never shop there again! This woman needs retraining on proper customer service. I will also point out that she was middle aged and old enough to know better!

  No one spoke to us when we walked in.. they stared at us but no one offered us any help we pick our items out, paid and not one word.. will never return.
