  Booked an appointment for my mother. She showed up early and they asked her to wait. That's fine, she was early. After waiting an additional 30 PAST her appointment time she walked out. What's the pt of making an appointment if you have to wait half an hour???

  My haircut and color is NOTHING like the picture I showed. My stylist was Wendy who has other horrid reviews on here as well. The cut is choppy and self like. The color is very blotchy. Requested to speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t one but was scolded by the old lady at the front with short black hair for not being happy with the cut. Told that a manager would call. They never did. They just lost multiple people as customers as myself and my family will never return. I went to another stylist elsewhere who was horrified and asked if I did this myself, it’s that bad.

  I have been coming here for my haircut/blowdry appointments since February 2010. It's a very nice, friendly atmosphere that I always look forward to visiting.
