    I had filed complaint against Sephora store in Glen Mills Pennsylvania. I experience the worst customer service by one of the representative , I filed complaint to the corporate office and below is my review how they handled the situation. I would like to recognize Sephora's Corporate Customer service for taking my concerns seriously. From the moment I contacted the corporate office, I felt that the representative listened carefully asked detailed questions, and treated my complaint with professionalism and respect. Once I provided the last four digit of my debit card and the transaction date, they were able to locate the transaction and immediately inform me that the matter would be escalated for further investigation. What impressed me most was that they did not dismiss my concerns. Instead they assured me that they would truly investigate the situation and keep me informed of the outcome. That gave me confidence that the customer concerns are taking seriously and that the company is committed to ensuring customers are treated fairly and respectfully. While the investigation is still ongoing, I appreciate the professionalism courtesy, and passive shown by Sephora corporate team I hope this commitment to customer service continues to help ensure that every customer has a positive experience.

    I had an amazing time at Sephora yesterday! 10/10 experience, Summer helped me pick out a whole new face of products and we picked out some skin care to start a new routine. She was so helpful and fun to work with and her recommendations were amazing, I am already obsessed with the items we picked out and I was so excited to start using them this morning.

    Honestly, this location is trash. I came for a return, it was past the 30 day mark by like a week or two and honestly I don’t even return much (check my purchase history) but I honestly just bought the wrong thing. Told them and they go it’s past 30 days can’t do anything. I was like not even a store credit? It’s not a loss if they give store credit because I can use it later but so rude and said the system won’t allow me to do anything. That’s wrong, Sephora is allowed to give store credit on a case by case basis and it’s not like I was asking for a refund, I wanted to use it to buy something in the future. On top of that my mother came in for a foundation match, they completely got her color wrong, had her matched to a darker shade than needed, so I had to exchange that shade for her actual shade.

    First time in this store recently. Needed to get shade matched. Cat does such an amazing job. She was so thorough and sweet. Loved getting my shade matched and picking up a brush to help. I was able to place another foundation order with the information. Beautiful store and very nice beauty experts. Thanks again to Cat.
