  "Visited the Sephora in Exton for my first brow service here. I am very particular about my brows—I prefer them thick but with a very defined, clean shape. While the technician did keep the thickness, the shaping was off and didn't feel precise. For $25, I expected a more professional finish. Disappointed that I didn't get the 'proper shape' I was looking for." Unfortunately, I don’t have pictures to share.

  Ashley M did my makeup at Sephora yesterday, and I am still obsessed with how it turned out. She is incredibly talented, attentive, and made the entire experience feel so special. She really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly. My makeup looked absolutely stunning and stayed perfect all day. I’m not from the area and had no idea where to go I’m soooo happy I found her! Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she’s also so warm and professional, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident. You can truly see her passion and attention to detail in her work. I would 100% recommend Ashley to anyone looking for a flawless, beautiful look, I can’t wait to book with her again!

  I came in frustrated because I’m trying out new makeup and couldn’t find anything I liked… Valeria was so sweet & helpful! She showed me how to apply my new products and overall made my night! Best experience I’ve had at sephora in a very long time :)

  Sephora's return policy has never been good. But what I experienced today is actually ILLEGAL! I made an online order and picked it up at Exton store. The total was $137.70. all three items were returned at the same store within 30 days but I was not made whole. They could see how much I paid which included $10.20 tax, but only gave me $7 back in tax. The only difference was in tax. Who doesn't return the FULL amount of tax paid??? They refused to. I spoke with the manager and they did nothing. So WRONG! Will purchase from ULTA going forward. They don't do stuff like this. I suspect a lot of people have been shortchanged the tax paid by Sephora. It may not have been a lot of money but it is not theirs to keep. This may merit a class action lawsuit. If you are a lawyer and are looking for a class action lawsuit to file...this may be one to consider.
