- AAA AOct 11, 20231.0My 1st awful experience in a Sephora.... a blode caucasian girl "with a lot of attitude" helped me with a few returns (this is the 1st time I happen to have a few returns, as I took a risk with some new products, and not all of them worked out as well as i hoped). A side note: I have been a Rouge member and maintaining the status for a few years now. She literally acted like I couldn't afford the items and I was giving her SO much trouble by brining in a few returns. I would usually not even care, but it was a little long transaction, and during this time she was not nice for even a second. Ignored me when I said "have a good day" + "thank you for your help". Avoid this girl if you go to this store. I would say the other people there greeted me with a smiley face and thanked me for coming in as I was walking out.
