As a licensed esthetician, product knowledge and understanding different skin types are extremely important to me, so I truly appreciate someone who knows what they’re recommending and why. Gina asks thoughtful questions about my skin, my concerns, what I’m looking for, and what I already use before making recommendations. Her suggestions feel personalized and tailored to my skin rather than just recommending what’s popular. She also takes the time to explain different products and options available in the store, which makes the entire shopping experience feel easy and enjoyable.
