- KGKristy GervasiJun 4, 20265.0I highly highly highly recommend Leah I go to Spatt is always been Macy’s. I stepped in here yesterday and the first girl that I was with was wonderful. Came back today to only be treated even 1 million times better than I was treated yesterday. Aaliyah went out of her way to assist and help me to the max. I mean overboard with the help that she gave me and the tips and if you’re somebody like me, that’s very shy and sensitive and doesn’t like to be you know push the pond with touching my face she never even Asked once I told her that I have some issues with people near my face. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. The prices and I think makeup is kind of all the same for me. That’s my opinion, but she was absolutely wonderful and I hope that they give her some credit for this compliment because she deserves it
- JJJulisaMay 26, 20261.0WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I CAME VISITING FAMILY FROM MIAMI FLORIDA AND PRIOR TO THIS HAD NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRID CUSTOMER SETVICE. THE WORKERS WERE IGNORING, DISMISSIVE. HORRID ATTITUDE. NOT SURE WHY IT FRLT LIKE A RACE THING AS A BLSCK WOMAN I FELY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE THE OLDER LADY WHO FRLT LIKE HELPING ME FIND A FOUNDATION WAS A TASK HAD A BAD ATTITUDE. I IMMEDIATELY LEFT AND HOPE NO ONE OF COLOR ATTENDS THIS LOCATION AND EXPERIENCE SUCH HORRID SERVICE.

- CCChristine CiceroJan 9, 20242.0If you EVER want to feel like you are inconveniencing two Sephora reps, go here. I got eye rolls when I asked if they had any of this product. I received a snarky remark about how if I don't see it, they don't have it. Forget how I was walking the entire department for 15 minutes looking and NOT ONCE did the reps interrupt their personal conversation to ask me if I needed help. So, I went online and ordered it.
