    I scheduled a wash and when I arrived I was told that they don’t know how to work with my hair type (I’m black) and they could TRY but they’d have to charge me extra???? Nobody in that establishment should have a cosmetology license if they aren’t proficient enough to do ALL hair type. It’s embarrassing quite frankly.

    Arrived to find the stylist my husband and I had our appointments with was no longer working at this Hair Cuttery. We were not notified of this ahead of time. We were very sorry to hear that. Thankfully our appointments with Diana went very well.

    Lexi was absolutely wonderful ❤️. Did an amazing job cutting my mom's hair and mine. Extremely friendly and social during our cuts and gave some suggestions for future styles. Highly recommend and will continue to go back. Great job Lexi, we love our fresh and over needed cut. Thank you very much for being so kind!

    It was my first time at Hair Cuttery and I had Lexi as my stylist. She did an amazing job! She gave me exactly what I wanted. She also talked through each thing she was doing to my hair and always asked my input on things which was awesome. 10/10. Definitely coming back here and will be requesting Lexi!
