  I had such an amazing experience at this Sephora! I came in needing to completely revamp my makeup collection, and it honestly felt like I had my own personal shopper. I didn’t catch her name, but she made the entire experience feel like I was shopping with a bestie! She listened to what I liked, never made me feel pressured, and helped me find the perfect shades for everything. I also loved that she introduced me to some new brands and products while still incorporating brands I already know and trust. Every product I needed was in stock, which made the experience even better. Since this was my first time visiting this location, she truly made it memorable and worthwhile. I left feeling confident in the products I purchased, excited about my new makeup, and already looking forward to coming back. Whoever she is, she deserves recognition for providing such outstanding customer service!

  Today was my 2nd time in the store, it was at opening.. I was greeted warmy when I walked in.. was able to browse w ease and noone following me around.. I did meet Nelly and she was AMAZING, she really helped me and she chatted w me for awhile. She was a wonderful spirit and I felt like I walked out w a new friend!
