    Really terrible 😞. Recently, I went to the Hair Cuttery at the Promenade Shops twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were very disappointing. Both times, I specifically booked appointments with a professional stylist because I wanted a particular haircut and brought photos of what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the results were not at all close to the style I had shown them. During my first visit, I also had to wait about 40 minutes despite having an appointment, which made the experience even more frustrating. After these two experiences, I honestly don’t feel comfortable going back and won’t be returning.
