    Personnel treat you the way they see you, unfortunately!! Unless your a monthly regular and buying their products, you're treated with an attitude and as if you're asking for a handout. I don't get it, but not returning after several unfriendly experiences and hair screw ups.

    I love getting my hair highlighted by nicole. She does amazing work and always does exactly what i want. Iv'e been seeing her for awhile and won't go to any other hairdresser but her. She is the best!
