  Helen had great customer service. Very friendly and informative. She quickly located the item I was looking for (my favorite perfume I found and comtinue to purchase at Sephora). She filled me in on the point system I was unaware of, let me know how many points I had (that I was also unaware of), fully explained to me how to utilize my points and gave great recommendations. Thank you!!

  Hellen is AMAZING! My daughter and I shop at Sephora all the time, and Hellen always takes care of us. She listens, knows exactly what products work for us, and never pushes anything we don’t need. Every visit she goes above and beyond. Thank you, Hellen, for always helping us and doing such a wonderful job! You’re the reason we keep coming back.

  Shannon T. needs a raise and an award for the customer service she provides clients such as myself. Her ability to color/shade match is out of this world. I hope this company is the type to recognize when an employee is doing well and going above and beyond for a customer and rewards that employee accordingly. I hope next time I stop in to purchase something I will get to hear how Shannon T. was recognized for her out of this world customer service! Thanks Shannon T. for making me a lifetime customer of yours and amazing make up skills!
