  This SEPHORA location in Broomall (Store Faces Sproul Road) has very professional employees that are very knowledgeable about the high quality products in the store. The store is very clean and organized as you can see in this reviews pictures. Keep up the good work 👍-Good Luck in 2026 & Beyond.

  I had such an amazing experience at Sephora thanks to Keith! I had called ahead to book a makeup appointment, but when I arrived, my appointment wasn’t in the system. Instead of just turning me away, Keith went completely above and beyond—he personally called FOUR other locations to find me an appointment as soon as possible. He was so kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. That level of customer service is rare, and it truly made a stressful situation turn into a great experience. Sephora is lucky to have someone like Keith on their team. Thank you again for going the extra mile—I really appreciate it!

  I recently visited this location with my friend, Neither of us had been here before. I liked that it had a good selection of brands, and that it was much bigger than the Ardmore location. I was little hesitant because I usually brakeout pretty easily with new products and I was worried when it came to trying new stuff with my sensitive skin but I really wanted to update my routine. Noelle was wonderful. She was helpful and made our visit a really great experience. The selections she suggested exceeded what I was hoping for. IF YOU WANT THE BEST DEFINITELY GO TO NOELLE!!!! Not only did she take the time to acknowledge my sensitive skin, She reccomended PERFECT SKINCARE FOR ME!!!! My skin looks so good after only a few weeks and makeup she suggested doesn't break me out and doesn't look patchy like other brands I've tried. I never find makeup I like! Now I'm obsessed with my new tinted moisturizer and My friend can't stop talking about the hair stuff she suggested! Really great customer service! Thank you Noelle! New favorite Sephora location is Lawrence Park!

  I’m not a Sephora girlie usually but this worker, Noel was super nice and very helpful! She found me haircare that works really well for my hair type! Really excellent customer service! ;)
