  I’m so disgusted by how I was treated today by this store manager, Ireland today. She was so rude, dismissive and somewhat aggressive, not to mention a hot mess with her hair not brushed and wearing sweatpants. I went today to smell a new released perfume that was confirmed to be there by the staff in Ardmore, I went to the display they had out and saw they had them but no testers. I asked who happened to be the store manager Ireland for a tester / open them so I could smell before I bought, she tells me ignorantly, “theyre right behind you!” That was not the case it was the original perfumes not the new release, I asked again and she dismissively said “we don’t have them” as I was literally holding them in my hand. I asked another associate for the manager and come to find out she was the manager. I called the store to ask as she doesn’t seem like the manager at all with her unprofessional behavior and appearance and she answers the phone ! No hi this is…wouldn’t give me her name until I asked twice and then told me to google the corporate number. She was horrible !! Worst experience at Sephora in years !

  I visited this location for the first time today, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The staff continuously followed my daughter and me around the store, which made us feel uncomfortable and as though we were being watched rather than welcomed. While I understand that offering customer service is part of the job, there is a difference between being attentive and making customers feel like they’re under surveillance. During the 15 minutes we were in the store, three different employees asked if we needed help. We politely declined each time, yet they continued checking in. If I needed assistance, I would have asked for it. The repeated interruptions made it difficult to browse and enjoy our visit. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this location. I hope management can find a better balance between providing customer service and giving customers the space to shop comfortably. Very uncomfortable experience.

  Everybody is super friendly and def knows what they’re talking about !! This is the place to go if you want good friendly costumer service !!!

  I'm a little obsessed with makeup and skincare and Sephora is my Disneyland. I always shop at the Broomall location because of the employees. They greet me by name when I come in and tell me about new launches. They're available if I want help but they let me explore on my own when I want to. Im a Sephora girl through and through. The "other" beauty store doesn't come close in terms of friendliness, service or product lines.
