They greet me by name when I come in and tell me about new launches. They're available if I want help but they let me explore on my own when I want to. Im a Sephora girl through and through. The "other" beauty store doesn't come close in terms of friendliness, service or product lines.

The two ladies can’t remember their name ( one with glasses and the other with reddish hair helped me) they were both so kind and patient with me . I explained my skin and what I wanted fixed . They got it right away . I also wanted to try some new perfumes. They lady walked me through the section letting me know what she liked and didn’t I left with what I needed. Last night and this morning I followed the skin routine she suggested . Had a dentist appointment and the first thing she said was my skin looked good . Just wanted to say thank to the two ladies very professional.
