  The Brookhaven location is completely understaffed. This results in walk ins being stuck with Bandana as their hair dresser. She is not social, not kind and completely incapable of anything more than a simple trim. Even that she had to correct multiple times turning a 30 minute trip into TWO HOURS as she grumbled and muttered under her breath the entire time. Avoid unless you have an appointment with a specific trusted hair dresser.

  Really disappointed. Cut way too short and didn’t listen to me. It’s hair, and I’m a guy. It will grow back but she really butchered me. She was rushing to get to next client. I’m being nice not mentioning the young lady by name. Avoid

  Absolutely amazing! I never trusted anyone with my hair and now I found a place I can trust! I thought my hair was ruined from a terrible cut I received at a totally different location. I came in to this location and explained my concerns thinking I was going to have to cut all my hair off. The girl who did my hair I forget her name but short black hair, she was so kind and walked me through everything on what she was going to do! She got to keep so much length and added volume to my hair. I thought the only fix for my hair was to cut it all off but she did some good voodoo and I am pleased beyond words! The store was clean and comfortable. I felt so welcomed. Thank you so much and I will see you all again soon!

  Please be careful! I had a stylist cut my hair my hair was down to middle of my back. I told her I wanted curtain bangs and a three inch trim. She suggested layers and I said yes to long layers because that is my usual style. She butchered my hair I sat in the chair for over an hour while she chopped and chopped when I said she cut too much she assured me that she will blow dry and show me the results. She was rough with me after I said something about her cutting too much pulling on my hair and shaking my head around. After she blow dried my hair it was a choppy uneven mess that was above my shoulders! I was mortified and in tears. The manager was there and assured me she can make it even but would have to take off even more length! The manager did make it even, but I am traumatized and left with a haircut that I am unhappy with and shocked by. I was told the girl who cut my hair was new to hair cutting, and that is possibly why she was so unprofessional, and rough with me. The manager Lauren was amazing, and I am surprised she was even able to make the work that was done to my hair look presentable. She said I will have to come back in a few months after it grows for another haircut to make it more even because she tried her best, but would have had to take up the length even more to make it even which I did not want. She offered me the return haircut for free which I appreciate, but to be honest I am very hurt by the experience and after a long day of work I had to be there in the salon from 4pm-8:30pm fixing this issue. Please be careful with who you have cut your hair! I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. I am left with a haircut that I don’t feel confident or beautiful in.
