  Always a lovely experience here. I go for men's haircut and each time is a great experience. The location is great, the salon itself is great and well-maintained with great staff.

  Very bright, clean salon with nice customer service. I definitely appreciated how careful the stylist was with my hair. However, I wasn't too pleased that the front face-frame came out frizzy and looking fried; I specified during the consult that I did not want to resort to using a flat iron which was agreed to and the main reason I booked the stylist, but then during the appointment I was told the flat iron would be the only tool to smooth it out, which has never been the case with prior blowouts at my last salon, where I had a senior level stylist with 15+ YOE. I'd love for this to be my new spot, but the finish on the front just wasn't there or I may return to try a level 5 stylist instead.

  Very very nasty and extremely rude front staff… she called her the office manager Leila She is most disrespectful person I have met … will embarrass customers in front of ton of other people sitting in the lobby I am so shocked how this girl has been allowed a job speaking to people like that .. Totally unacceptable and unbelievable Would never set foot in this place Never encountered anything worse than this Very horrible experience They overcharge you and if you are 5 minutes late for your service they call it less than 24 and try to charge you . Overpriced for the place and less than average services

  Cynthia did my hair coloring and hair trim which I schedule about every 6 weeks. She does a great job and always listens to any request by me. Julia, who is her intern, did the blow dry and she also was excellent. I highly recommend them.
