    I’m really disappointed with my experience here on September 11th. I booked specifically with Erin for a French bun because I was attending the wedding of one of my very close friends. From the beginning, I told her I trusted her to do whatever she thought would look best I just wanted something really nice for such an important event. Erin told me another stylist, who I believe was named Kylie, would help blow dry and curl my hair. I was completely fine with that because I assumed Erin would still be doing the actual French bun, since that’s who I booked with. Instead, another client arrived and Erin began working on her while Kylie continued with my hair and started the updo. The face framing pieces were uneven, then one side was much tighter than the other, and she had to redo it multiple times. She also used so much hairspray that my hair became extremely stiff with no movement. She kept needing Erin’s help and guidance, and eventually I had to stop the service because it was turning into a mess. I honestly felt bad for Kylie because I could tell she was trying her best, but I specifically booked with Erin. If Erin didn’t have the time to do my hair herself, I wish she had simply told me so I could have booked somewhere else, especially after I explained how important this wedding was to me. They offered for me to leave without paying, but I wasn’t looking for anything free. I paid the $16 for the curls, went home, washed all the hairspray out, and had to start over before the wedding. I used to really enjoy coming here, especially for Natalia, which makes this even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the way this appointment was handled felt very unprofessional, and after this experience I wouldn’t recommend booking here.
