  I recently visited this Sephora for the first time, and Nylah was absolutely wonderful! She was very attentive, polite, and did a great job helping me find everything I needed. Thank you, Nylah! I definitely recommend this store! ⭐️

  worker was nasty! i normally don’t write reviews but this had to be done. horrible customer service will never go to this location again. would rather drive an hour to jersey or 45 minutes to lehigh valley, then give this location a dime. if you really hate your job, you should just quit

  Alexis and Elizabeth should get promoted and a pay raise! I walked into this very clean Sephora located inside of Kohl’s in Stroudsburg, PA. Within less than 5 minutes Elizabeth approached me masked up and ready to help! I couldn’t decide on which shade of Nars foundation to purchase and she offered free samples of my narrowed down choices. A returning customer came in asking to speak to Elizabeth and Alexis walked over to me and jumped right in, providing assistance very smoothly. She patiently walked me through the perfumes and colognes, plus explained the differences in selections. These ladies were absolutely amazing with their customer service skills! These days, decent customer service is hard to come by. Absolutely Amazing customer service is as close to winning the lottery. No one wants to work and their attitudes show it.. but not with these two ladies!!! They made my experience in the store painless, head ache free and looking forward to returning again this weekend to buy a regular size bottle of Nars foundation and regular size bottle of Dolce Gabana Light for women… thanks Alexis and Elizabeth!! I truly hope your upper management appreciate and recognize your services like I do!😊
