  Love Rowan, Ardmore. Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They walk you through every step of the process, take their time, and make sure before anything is pierced that you’re totally happy with what’s going on. Can’t recommend this place highly enough, they rock.

  Initial piercing went great, then my daughter developed possibly a friction bump/ blister at 7- 8 weeks so when it improved, they downsized the rod. 3 days later the new rod looked too short and was causing/ getting embedded in new blisters so I brought her back and the upsized back to the initial Piercing rod. The Nurse today, Janelle, did not have any further steps for me, except maybe to change the flat back to another backing in the future. She was unsure, couldn’t tell me how proceed now that we were back at the initial length of the rod. I found more help from ChatGPT sadly. I expected more experience from nurses at a piercing chain.

  I’ve taken my toddler to a few piercings places before and she was so scared and we weren’t able to do it. But Rowan at Ardmore made the difference! The nurses were so patient with my daughter and took the time to explain the process to her, making her very comfortable and excited to get the piercing. They were quick, clean, and very considerate! We loved the experience, and highly recommend both the studio and nurse Cortni! She is the best!

  Jade is the BEST!!!! I first met her during a trip I took to Chestnut Hill MA where she helped my daughter take off some earrings. And when I walked into Ardmore, I saw her again and she helped me this time!!! She’s just the most amazing nurse and human being too!!! Love her and Rowan is beautiful. Well done Rowan!

  I brought my 2-month-old daughter to Rowan to get her ears pierced, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked through the door, we were warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. Nurse Colby was excellent. He took great care in precisely marking where the earrings would be placed, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made the experience even better with his friendly and welcoming conversation. My little one only cried for about 30 seconds and was quickly back to her happy self. The entire process was professional, clean, and efficient. I would highly recommend Rowan to anyone considering ear piercing for their child. Thank you, Colby, for making this such a positive experience! 😊
