- CCCassieOct 8, 20264.0I had a great experience at Rowan! The store was spacious, bright, and clean. Colby and another staff member greeted me warmly and showed me around. Colby was gentle during my piercings, explained everything clearly, and made the experience enjoyable. I was surprised by the overall cost of nearly $300 for two piercings, 14K rose gold CZ studs, and cleaning solution. A few earrings on display were also out of stock. I think offering a piercing package that includes jewelry, piercing services, and aftercare solution would be a great idea. The atmosphere was welcoming, especially for families and younger customers getting their ears pierced. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and appreciated the excellent service, though I do think the experience is pricey.

- KVKrystina ValinottiSep 23, 20265.0I just had my nose pierced and Colby really made the experience so amazing and flawless! The staff were so kind. He was so thorough and great to talk to during! He was so gentle, I barely felt the needle! Can’t wait to come back for another :)))
- ARAlexandra RedmondSep 20, 20265.0My gf and I stopped in right before closing to see if we could get a piercing to end our girls day and the girls fit us in and were so sweet! We both got really adorable snakebite piercings and we’re both obsessed. Rosie pierced my ear and she was just the best. Will def purely be back!
