- MVMaggie VAug 26, 20261.0This corportation is overpriced and bait and switched me! I chose the 14K gold rose studs as I wanted the best option for long-term care for my piercing; lo and behold my surprise when I am cleaning my piercing and notice that the post (the most important part of the earring to be gold) and backing is NOT gold and only what I can assume is titanium. I paid $160 for a spec of gold and mostly cut glass and just metal. Nowhere on the case display did it say that only the setting was gold and the post would be otherwise, nor was this mentioned by the sales team. Also, one of the earrings broke 3 weeks in and I was told I can pay for a replacement. RIP OFF! Piercing staff was very friendly and competent-- the corporation sucks !

Nurse Colby was so great with walking her through the process and making her feel comfortable. Something she was so nervous about became something she had so much fun doing! He also helped me pick the correct earring for my piercing and even helped me put it in correctly to be sure it was a perfect fit. We will definitely be back here! Highly recommend!!

Today, my mother in law and I got matching helix piercings. Janelle, is knowledgeable, patient and nurturing. She walked us all through the process and aftercare. I would surely return for her to do any future piercings. The other staff at this location have all been warm and welcoming as well!
