    I absolutely love my stylist, Sarah. She does a wonderful job. She is experienced, great with color, and super fast. Not to mention the sweetest person. She deserves 5 stars. However, it is absolutely freezing in this salon. It is ridiculous how cold it is in there. My goosebumps had goosebumps. It was to the point that I wished I had brought a sweatshirt to wear during my appointment , and it was 92° outside! Apparently, some of the stylists suffer with hot flashes and they think the customers should freeze because of it.

    Services are good but they do not honor their own promotions . I had received 50% of up to $50 promotion by text but they gave only $43 on total cost of 167. I think it's very expensive even after discount.

    Absolutely DO NOT BOOK HERE. I had an 11am appointment with two different "stylists" and BOTH canceled on me just now at 10:05. I was leaving my house to go and they canceled. It's National Cancer Survivor Day. My hair has been falling out. I scheduled appointments here to celebrate me. They canceled last minute. Very poor business. Would NEVER recommend. Or come back. Which is a shame because they had been serving my entire family. NEVER AGAIN
