    Tried a different hair cuttery close to my job and I was very impressed with the whole place and especially my stylist Tina. Funny thing to find out I work with one of her cousins at the Philadelphia Eagles. I will definitely be booking again at this location

    Terrible experience. Waiting for a manager to call. Asked for a chunky partial and I got uneven zebra streaks. $108.50 without tip with a 25% coupon. She blowed dried my hair with my back turned and now I know why. This is something I could expect from a student but not someone that is licensed. I’m hoping they can fix it. My hair wasn’t dyed at all. Edit-set to fix Sunday at 3pm

    Abby did my hair, and although shorter than expected, it received great feedback from my peers, and thus a 5 star is warranted for that. Will gladly return. Now lets talk about the Haircuttery app: This is the primary reason I am leaving a review. The app was clearly not designed for a human being to use. From start to finish, there is no reasonable logic that can be attributed to any design choice whatsoever. I’ll break it down. Preferences: this section is a waste of space. Its not fleshed out enough to give the user agency in describing what they are going for, and I am not convinced it provides utility for the stylist. Services: there is no explanation whatsoever for any of this. Maybe someone who is an experienced barber might now what all of those terms mean, but I as an ordinary person without the knowledge of a barber am utterly clueless. Booking: I just wanted to pick my date and time see who was available. As a new user, or if your visiting a different location, I dont want to click every stylist and see whos available on the date and time I want. That’s nonsense. Selecting a specific stylist should be its own option. Overall, this app was a nightmare for me to book through. I can go through more problems, but I just wanted to bring up the meat of the issues I dealt with. Thats all I have to say on that. I just wanted to bring this up. Feel free to pass along my feedback to whomever, but the app is definately an atrocity that needs to be rebuilt. Thank you :D
