  I am writing this Google review anonymously—not because I don't stand behind this rave review, but because I am outing myself as a closet drugstore makeup purchaser! At 50+, it’s a bit embarrassing to admit I have never bought higher-quality makeup before. Thankfully, I met Dakota at the Bridgeport Village MAC store. She is a true professional who guided me through color matching and helped me find the basic pieces I needed to feel completely upgraded—and I really do! When I first met Dakota, the store was incredibly busy and exploding with loyal return clients. Even though she was in high demand, she squeezed me in and found me the perfect palette. When I recently returned, she took even more time to answer my questions and help me filter out online video trends that didn't apply to my skin. I am so incredibly sad that this store location is closing and that we are losing Dakota's expertise, but I feel so fortunate I found her just in time. Thanks to her, I now have a lovely, personalized makeup base that I can confidently build on. Thank you, Dakota!

  I wish that i saved my receipt so i could give Dakota proper credit for her service, but she was an absolute pleasure. my best friend and i impulsively came in and were SO kindly greeted with amazing customer service. Dakota shared her genuine advice + professional opinion, making the perfect recommendations. i will onlyyy be shopping at this location and have already been recommending to all my friends ✨🫶🏽

  I had a slightly unusual request when I visited the MAC store at Bridgeport Village, and Hayley was excellent. I needed makeup for a film I’m involved in, and I really didn’t know where to start. She patiently walked me through the options, tested a few products with my skin tone, and explained everything clearly without making me feel out of place. She was knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciated her professionalism and would absolutely recommend working with her.

  Fantastic Experience at MAC Bridgeport Village! I had such a fun visit at the MAC Cosmetics store in Bridgeport Village, Portland! Makeup artist, Dakota was an absolute star — super helpful, knowledgeable, and zero pressure! She turned my visit into a mini lipliner masterclass, helping me with shade matching, and application. I left with a bundle of beautiful new products that I'm excited to play with! Dakota made the whole experience five star. 🌟
