  My daughter, Juliet was doing this; pick 9 items day since she is going into 9th grade (some Tokay ok thing). We decided to go to the mall and shop around. We then saw Lush and I told my daughter they were closing in 3 minutes so she needed to pick out items quickly. As we walked into the store, I made sure to let the employees know we understood it was close to closing time and my daughter would pick things fast. Right away they are all so sweet and nice. Not annoyed or upset we came in so late. I explained the pick 9 items TikTok thing and one of the employees, Sasha heard of this as well. She was extremely knowledgeable and asked what did my daughter like and then helped her picked out two items. You know when someone has such a beautiful spark about them. That was Sasha. She made my daughter feel so special and never once did we felt rushed. The other two employees were kind as well and working on their closing duties. Clearly someone is running this store right! The vibes and everything was magical. Plus a little bonus which made my daughter squeal when we got home. Sasha threw in a few samples. Folks, samples to kids and adults are something that seems to make a person feel extra special. So for that extra 5 minutes after closing time was a wise investment because not only did the employees show compassion and care but they were a shining example of or how one positive experience can make huge difference in someone’s life. Juliet will always remember the 9 items for 9th grade event. And Lush was part of that experience! Thank you to Sasha and the two other employees!

  There has been an obvious change to the Ros Argan body conditioner. I have been using it for a very long time, so when I bought a pot and brought it home, it smelled quite rancid. I brought it back to exchange it, only to find all pots smelled the exact same, no matter the producer. I asked an employee about the change in scent. She brushed me off as if I was inconveniencing her cleaning of testers and told me in a monotone voice, if I want to exchange it sure, but there has been no change to the formula. While I would have dismissed her blah attitude as a one off, if she took 5 seconds to smell it, she would have definitely noticed the difference.
