- KMKi M1 day ago1.0There has been an obvious change to the Ros Argan body conditioner. I have been using it for a very long time, so when I bought a pot and brought it home, it smelled quite rancid. I brought it back to exchange it, only to find all pots smelled the exact same, no matter the producer. I asked an employee about the change in scent. She brushed me off as if I was inconveniencing her cleaning of testers and told me in a monotone voice, if I want to exchange it sure, but there has been no change to the formula. While I would have dismissed her blah attitude as a one off, if she took 5 seconds to smell it, she would have definitely noticed the difference.

Walked in with my daughter and on every other occasion, we got a greeting, help with finding products and explanations of products and yet this time the 2 associates couldn't help themselves to ignore everyone in the store. Even as we walked up, they sat there on their phones until we got to the register. This is sad as I really like Lush and how helpful the staff have been. Maybe they need a refresher on what even basic customer service is and should be. 2.23.26
