  the most WONDERFUL shopping experience I’ve had in a lush! I’ve been to a couple locations across the US, sometimes browsing, sometimes I’m on a mission. Today was a bit of both and Penny was so helpful! She greeted both my mother and I as we walked in, chatted with us, very lovely. As soon as I mentioned liking gourmands she pointed me to the massage bars which I’ve seen online. She did a small demo of the coconut drench bar and even sprinkled some sticky dates dusting powder on top (BEAUTIFUL COMBO BTW) and I’ve noticed sometimes when I’ve had demos in store even after it’s been rubbed in I’ve left a little sticky or felt like I wanted to wipe it off but she applied the perfect amount of product. I was very pleased. I picked up the massage bar and was offered a sample of the dusting powder and she even told me about the Lush app and I was able to save $5 today by signing up! I also LOVE lush so knowing they have an app now is so awesome! They have a great team there :)

  Dano & Payton are beautiful and amazing, the entire staff are all welcoming and helpful, this is my favorite store but any Lush store is worth going to. <3

  I love lush and their natural products! I have gone to a few of the different lush stores in the area and this particular location gets it right! Their customer service is next level. At other locations I was ignored or as a person of color I felt not welcomed at other locations. That is not the case here the staff is very welcoming and helpful Shakira and Payton were so helpful . They assisted me in finding the products I needed. Because of my interactions with the folks working at the store I have brought multiple friends to this particular location and their experiences mimicked mine at other locations and they left utterly impressed. Thank you Shakira and Payton for your help!

  Kira is truly exceptional. Every time I visit Lush, she makes me feel genuinely welcomed and valued—not just as a customer, but as a person. Her product knowledge is incredible, and she's always thoughtful about recommending items that actually fit my needs rather than simply trying to make a sale. She has such a warm, calming presence and creates an experience that feels personal, effortless, and fun. What stands out most is the level of care she brings to every interaction. She remembers details, takes the time to answer questions, and goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. It's rare to find someone who combines professionalism, kindness, and authenticity so naturally. People like Kira are the reason customers keep coming back.
