- AOAisha Omar3 days ago5.0I came to L’Occitane at Washington Square Mall today, and I had such a wonderful experience! Muang and Xavier were so welcoming, sweet, and kind. They helped me find the perfect gift for a friend and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. They were both incredibly helpful and genuinely kind-hearted. I really appreciate how welcoming they made me feel. Thank you, Muang and Xavier, for the amazing customer service! 💕
- LALisa AAug 24, 20261.0I made a 40 min round trip to Washington Square with the express purpose of shopping at O'Occitane in person to test their scents before buying their products to make sure that I didn't react to any of them. This is not something I can do online. I arrived just after 3pm to find the doors locked and a note saying that they'd be back at 4pm, with an apology for the inconvenience. The store hours are posted as being from 10 am to 9 pm, not 10 am to 3 pm and 4 pm to 9 pm. I understand that you may not either staff or be able to staff your store with more than one employee but if so, then have the decency to update your store hours to reflect when you need to close for them to have their break. You wasted my time and you lost a customer.
