- CTChris TackettJul 31, 20261.0I visited this Sephora at Kohl’s shortly after it opened, around 10:10 a.m., so this wasn’t the result of a busy day of customers using the testers. The kiosk was dirty, and the fragrance displays were in terrible condition. The majority of the tester bottles were completely empty or nearly empty. I attached photos because they accurately show what I found. The whole purpose of a fragrance display is to let customers sample products before buying, but that simply wasn’t possible here. I ended up driving about six miles to another Sephora location just to test fragrances that should have been available at this store. This could have been prevented with a simple walkthrough before opening to make sure the displays were clean and the tester bottles were filled or replaced as needed. Instead, the display looked neglected and unmaintained. For a brand like Sephora, this was a very disappointing experience.
