She conducted a very thorough consultation and took her time analyzing my hair to determine the right shade and length that was needed. I had a not so fun previous experience with extensions a few years prior with them being painful and so uncomfortable. I loved how Carol listened to my previous experience and knew what type of extensions would work for what I was wanting(length) and that would be comfortable for me while giving the result I was after. She took her time putting the extensions in, ensuring they felt comfortable for me and were as secure as possible.She did an AMAZING job matching the extensions so that you can’t even tell where my hair ends and the extensions begin.
