- SMSusan Marie1 day ago3.0Way too busy and full. Not sure if it was that day only or if this is the norm but my goodness! As for products and stuff it was very nicely stocked, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable too. As someone who hates crowds, this isn't the place for me, but maybe it is for you. It would be awesome if they could offer sensory friendly hours for us introverts or those of us who are newer to the whole makeup game lol. Also fair warning, because the store is on the smaller side and not part of a bigger store where it's allowed to breathe, the perfume smells can get quite overwhelming as well. I was instantly hit with a barrage of scents and was starting to develop a migraine. Thankfully however, even though the store was PACKED, I was in and out in less than 5 mins. Kudos to the team!

She also matched me with the lady Gaga brand “Haus” foundation first try - a perfect shade of yellow tan that looked so natural. She applied more to my face when I loved the color so I left wearing it. She didn’t rush me & was nice enough to get me samples of whatever I wanted. Packaged them with care & a smile. Great service at Washington square Sephora as usual !!

I mentioned that I have acne-prone skin, and they immediately knew that Ilia products would work well for me and even color matched my skin perfectly. While I was looking for lip products, Jer came over and recommended the Eadem glossy tinted lip balm for my dry lips, which was exactly what I was looking for. Both of them were friendly, knowledgeable, and made my shopping experience feel really personalized!
