I absolutely LOVE this spa! The soaking pool eucalyptus steam room and cold plunge are a favorite add on. I have always received excellent service and the treatments are truly incredible and therapeutic. I highly recommend the spa.

I booked a couples message as a Christmas present for my boyfriend. I paid almost $300. I was called 3 weeks later and was told they did not offer couples massages anymore. I was put on a waitlist and was told I would be called when couples massages were offered again. It’s been 9 months. For last 2 months I have been calling and emailing asking for a refund, as it’s been so long I don’t want a couples massage anymore. No one is returning my calls or emails. The office manager emailed me back the first time and told me she would ask the owner about a refund. That was a month ago and no one has gotten back to me even though I’ve emailed the office manager and office multiple times. I paid $300 and receive nothing in return. I would be happy to change my review if this problem is resolved.

Absolutely beautiful spa, with a very relaxing atmosphere. Had the best massage I've ever had here. Noelle was very attentive and thorough, and I left feeling great!

Santé, Dr. Wiggins, and Chanel Robinson have been my go-to help on my skincare journey for the past 3 yrs or so. I came in with an awful case of cystic acne and a completely deteriorated skin barrier. Dr. Wiggins helped me come up with a long term plan that would gently rebuild the structure of my extremely reactive skin and would work with my budget. Her plan not only included sensitive services by the perfectly cautious esthetician, Chanel, to help heal the surfaces of my epidermis, but included some dietary and supplementary at-home changes to give my body the appropriate building blocks from the inside, as well. It was not a quick fix, which tested my non-existent patience. However, I kept faith and stayed consistent in their care. Now, I can see that the building blocks we laid back then have built a beautifully strong foundation on which we can continue to maintain and/or build upon. I went from being completely anti-social at home, terrified of people judging me; to craving being out and about, wanting to show off how confident I feel in my healthy, glowing skin! I will continue on this path with Santé and staff, and I highly recommend anyone being held back by their aesthetic insecurities do the same!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Enzi is absolutely amazing! Every single time I go to her, I leave with my skin looking and feeling perfect. I love everything she does—the treatments, masks, lotions, products, and especially all of her incredible machines and equipment. She does so many different things during each facial, and somehow by the end, my skin is always glowing and looks perfect. When I first went to Enzi, I was struggling with rosacea, and after my very first treatment, I saw an incredible difference. I couldn’t believe it! What also makes Enzi so special is how knowledgeable she is about overall health and wellness. She understands that your skin can be connected to so many other things, and she always takes the time to listen to me and talk through whatever I’m dealing with—whether it’s my stomach, my sleep, my skin, or just how I’m feeling overall. She genuinely cares about the whole person, not just the facial. She also practices what she teaches and lives such a healthy lifestyle herself, which makes it so easy for me to trust her. She listens incredibly well, remembers what I tell her, and always makes me feel cared for. Her space is beautiful, relaxing, and immaculate, and her products are incredible. Enzi is an absolute MUST! I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin. She is the only person I would ever go to for a facial anywhere in the world. I cannot recommend her enough! ❤️
