She helped me sort through all the brands to find something "clean." It was incredible to work through the myriad choices with only 2 parameters: no sulfate & no "fragrence." You have to listen to the lady at the front desk calling everyone’s phone numbers they have on file about promotions and deals going on. She called one lady twice in a row. To me this is extreme and annoying. The other girl ringing people up is rude and snotty. They make you show your id even if you have all of your account info.

It's nice to walk in to your favorite place and be able to talk about hair and what you are thinking about doing, with some one who is excited about what you are doing. She is incredible at what she does. The color that was pick out yesterday was a shade to light, so I called today to see if they are open, she remembered me and once I came in she had pick out the color and had the sample color already there for me. That's real good customer service. I wish I could give 10 stars. Thank you, you are awesome!!!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
