- HRHOLLY ROETKERAug 9, 20251.0I purchase regularly from this location and was generally satisfied. Recently, I purchased a product and the first time I used it on a client, it didn’t work. I called to let them know and that I wanted to return it. They informed me, I could not return the defective product, and that I needed to contact the manufacturer. This was an extremely expensive product which has always worked in the past. I was told that because it was opened, it could not be returned. I asked to talk to the manager and was told that it was company policy so I would be told the same thing. Basically refusing my request. When a client asks to talk to a manager, they should be transferred not put off. Buy your products from another company.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
