- MGMeadow GroveNov 20, 20232.0came in to exchange color for other colors and didn’t have my receipt. the guy with rainbow hair and eyebrows was unfriendly and seemed so annoyed that he had to look up my transactions. just an uncomfortable experience
- SSSassy SmurfAug 6, 20213.0Had an uncomfortable experience. Normally this is an amazing place. They have stuff other places don’t their staff was great! I came in 10 minutes before closing. The person helped me. I asked a couple times if he could repeat himself, I’m hearing impaired, which isn’t obvious and we’re all wearing masks. Maybe that’s where it came from He let me know that they are closing in 4 minutes, fair enough. I was checking out and I asked, hard day? He said that he had already counted his money. I said I hadn’t realized that. He said, that’s what we do when we close. I get it, retail isnt easy. I came in towards the time of closing. But if you counted your money before the closing time, that’s not on me.
