  Ryan has done several tattoos for me now and every time is amazing. First one was over a large scar and I walked in with a fully formed drawing (with color) and said, "please put this here!" I've also come with nothing more that a story and some inspiration photos and he brought a tattoo to life. Most recently he did a cover up on al only tattoo. He's the most knowledgeable person I've ever encountered on color theory and tattooing over scar tissue. So happy I found him! I travel from Seattle everytime I need new ink!

  Ask for Eve! She was so great to work with and did exactly what I wanted. We communicated by email and text, so she was all set to go when I arrived for my appointment. I wanted color work to complete a piece done years ago from another tattooist. Eve paid careful attention to matching hue, style, and even considered the apparent source of light on some fruit. Thank you.

  Really happy with the work I got done by Rian. I got roses and framed pieces, and they turned out great. Rian really knows their stuff and did a great job bringing the artwork together. The whole experience was comfortable and laid back. Definitely happy with how everything turned out and I’d recommend Rian to anyone looking for a great tattoo artist. Will definitely be returning for more work.

  Rian is a great guy for the work. Did online consultation for work during an upcoming trip to the area. Understood what I was looking for and quoted reasonable prices while making sure that I understood that that price will fluctuate.

  Five stars isn't enough for Mesa Tattoo and my artist, Alex Z. I originally planned an anchor with flowers, and Alex had already created a beautiful custom design for it. But the morning of my appointment, I changed my mind completely. Instead of being frustrated, they sat down with me that same day and designed a gorgeous, one-of-a-kind mandala just for me. That kind of patience and grace is rare. The final piece is stunning. Their pointillism work is incredible, and I couldn't love it more. On top of their talent, Alex is caring, compassionate, and genuinely fun to talk with. The whole experience felt easy and comfortable from start to finish. The studio itself is spotless, cozy, and relaxing. I can't recommend Alex and Mesa Tattoo enough!
