I didn't wash out my recyclable containers well enough and was sorta embarassed about it, and the people at the counter were kind enough to let me wash them in the store sink so I could still get $5 off my purchase... and then they STILL offered me samples after the fact 🥺💕

HOWEVER, I went into this location recently and had an amazing time. The store is lovely and well organized and Chloe (I think?) and the other ppl working were so sweet and lovely and fun and Proactively Helpful without being all up in my business! I’m a lush customer again bc of this location and their excellent vibe
