- GHGabby HeislerApr 3, 20222.0Very unprofessional. I went in for a wash and cut. After the haircut my hair was drenched from the wash and he was getting ready to have me leave without blow drying my hair. Very odd. The salon area also looks very dirty and unkept.

They didn’t call me ahead of time to let me know they couldn’t do it after I drove 2 hours. Then told me the treatment they could do would cost $200 more. Should have done the treatment at the same cost and I had a birthday party to go to that night and explained that. Completely unprofessional and I would never work with them.

I've shopped JC Penny forever, growing up in Portland... but to find the best salon and hair stylist? Miss Yana was able to repair my dry hair, fix my eyebrows and deliver the best haircuts I've ever had, all in a clean, cool environment, with coffee served to the station. She listened, then executed the conditioning and care, all with a soft touch and precise lines. I can't wait to book my next appointment with her. What an artist!

I walked in and got my son scheduled for an appointment within 20 min. When I showed up the stylist seemed to have some reservations. A few minutes later I was told she couldn’t cut his hair because she didn’t know how to cut men’s/boys hair. This was such a complete waste of my time
