Weight Mangement Consultation -------------------------------- Health and Beyond Consultation is an appointment designed to address overall health and wellness which includes weight, diet, exercise and hormones (if applicable). Please bring in or email copies of labs to me if completed in the last 6 months. If you do not have current lab results we can discuss the process of ordering them for you. Cost is $150 which will go toward the 4 month program cost should you decide to move forward. Often, cheek (midface) filler is needed to help lift and take the weight off of the nasolabial folds which can be done at the same time. Along with the nasolabial folds the lower face can be addressed as well. Filling in fine lines around the mouth, and up-turn the corners of the mouth can be customized based on your needs and desires. ----------------------------------- Neck and/or Chest Rejuvenation - Radiesse is used in a diluted form to thicken and smooth the skin in the neck and decollete. It works by stimulating your own collagen and elastin. As we age the skin becomes thin and crepey across our neck/chest. Neck and chest are often neglected! Typically we will recommend 3 sessions. ----------------------------------- Under Eye Filler - Under eye filler is used to replace volume loss and to correct dark circles, shadows, hollow areas. Corrects "tired eyes". Occasionally we will recommend filler in the mid cheek as well to support the under eye area if appropriate.
