  Was visiting family from out of town, needed help finding a concealer. I told Lacey I'd never used concealer before, and she set me up with *exactly* what I was looking for, along with the brush, and showed me how to use it. Exceptional customer service.

  Y'all, this shop is so awesome with loads of fabulous products but Gracie is 1000% the brilliant shining star here. I have never really utilized makeup, had no idea what various product options are, how to apply them, or how to figure out the best colors for me and needed a lot of help to find a professional look for my new career. I came in for a very targeted make-up lesson, and Gracie was so kind, patient, and thorough in helping me identify key products, teaching me how to apply each item correctly for maximum effectiveness, knowledgeably answering every question (and I had many!), and really making me feel empowered in my new look, which was everything I had asked for and so much more. And the other employees were also super great and added little tidbits of beauty knowledge while I was there. I regret not taking photos to post here, but I can assure you that my look was picture perfect and Gracie made me feel incredibly beautiful with a natural, effortless look, and there was zero pressure to purchase products but of course I did because this place is a gem! I also really love that they have a recycling program for used packaging that also gives you points towards purchases at the store. 10/10 would recommend.

  i’m not a huge review writer, but I just had to praise the employees of this credo for being such amazing people! I came in today to recycle some of my empties because I am from out of town and don’t have a credo at home. both employees were so sweet to me asking me what I was doing in Portland, giving me tips, complimenting my look, just being absolute angels on earth!!! i didnt catch either of their names, but if you two are reading this, just know you made my whole day! <3 highly recommend this credo for all your beauty (and frendliness) needs!!!

  I had the best beauty-buying experience. I walked in and they were busy but Gracie still was able to shade match me both quickly and accurately - fastest and best shade match ever! Gracie also helped with some tips and I was in and out within 25 minutes, which based on my previous experiences buying beauty, it usually takes much longer with more confusion, overwhelm, and minimal help. So happy I didn’t have to research brands and products while shopping in store to see if they align with my values which made me way more calm and actually enjoy my experience!
