- KRKara RockwellAug 25, 20263.0Grey haired lady who is manager or assistant manager isnt that pleasant. I shop there all the time and never had a problem with any of the employees. Everything is smooth and easy check out. This time it wasnt. I wouldnt be surprised if there was employees leaving or customers not wanting to come back. If I see her working ill walk out and come back when someone else is working.

All the other employees are always super helpful, but mitzy just seems like she doesn’t want to help and it’s such an inconvenience for her. I hate to leave 3 star review because of one bad apple, but every time I go she just makes me feel horrible for interacting with her. I believe she is the gray haired lady. She seems bitter because she actually doesn’t work behind chair and just at the store. I hope me writing this review doesn’t result in retaliation against my orders since I do not live in Medford and have to commute for my products for my salon.

Especially when gifting a couple items. She was friendly and fun to chat with - and was the first person to tell me about rewards. Live in Bend, but I will DEFINITELY plan my trips to include this store :)

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
