  First class IV therapy. The staff and Dr. Justin are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. You will not be disappointed. I would rent the massage chair like an AirBnB if I could.

  Absolutely fantastic first visit. Doctor and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Went in for hydration to help with my dysautonomia and walked out feeling SO much better. Will be back!

  I didn’t know what to expect but left very disappointed. Speaking of just my experience. We were asked to complete a thorough survey beforehand to understand what’s going on in our lives and what we’re wanting from the experience. We were told this would be used to discuss with the doctor to determine the best treatment. I completed that days beforehand and showed up excited. I was brought into the room, had my blood pressure taken by (I would assume) a nurse or likewise employee, prepped for the IV with the needle in my arm, then brought to the message chair. I got in the (moving already) massage chair, and then was asked what IV I was doing today. I said I had no idea and she merely said oh, then brought me the menu we saw near the front and asked me which one I wanted to do. Loved trying to figure out my options in the dark, so I asked what she would recommend. She let me know that she had never done a treatment before and so I was on my own. I just picked the closest option and she responded with “I think I’d pick that one too.” The message chair was alright. Tried multiple settings and have a sore neck now but it felt good on my bum when it was briefly there. Ask for a neck pillow, otherwise you’re arching back and it isn’t great. When the IV was done, she struggled to get the needle out and the adhesive tape off, and took a chunk of arm hair with her in her efforts. She and I both tried to figure out how to get me out of the chair, but she said she was still learning the chair. Okay, I couldn’t figure it out either I guess but we eventually turned it off and got me out. I was given a blanket I said I didn’t want, never offered a drink of water, left thirsty as heck with a bruised arm from the needle (I’ve donated blood before and haven’t experienced this before). I’d also like to call out that I did eventually see the doctor. For about three seconds through a window as I was walking out. Make from my experience what you will, but I wouldn’t recommend.

  ⭐️ 1 STAR — DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY - would give ZERO or negative stars if I could! I honestly wish I had read more reviews before wasting my time and money here. This was one of the most frustrating and painful IV therapy experiences I have ever had. I was poked FOUR TIMES. The first two attempts were by the person presented as the “nurse,” who could not successfully get the IV started. Then the person presented as the “doctor” tried another two times. What makes this even more infuriating is that they actually got the vein twice — and then the IV “slipped out.” So after FOUR attempts, I was left with painful, sore arms and still feeling like I had gone through all of that for an experience that was nowhere near what was advertised. And yes, my arms are still hurting afterward. When you are paying for a wellness/medical service, you should not walk out feeling like you were used as a practice target. I also have to question the professionalism and level of expertise involved. I use quotation marks around “nurse” and “doctor” because after what happened to me, I genuinely left questioning the experience and expertise I received. I am not making a claim about anyone’s credentials — I am saying that my experience gave me serious reason to question the level of care I received. The website was another major disappointment. What is advertised online is NOT what we experienced in person. The website created expectations for a certain level of service and experience, and the reality fell dramatically short. My mom and boyfriend were able to receive their IVs, but even their experience was inconsistent. My boyfriend never even had time with the doctor, which made me wonder what exactly we were paying for and why the experience differed so much from what was represented. Then there was the IV itself. We have received IV therapy at other facilities, and the IV we received here did not include all of the vitamins/nutrients we have received at other places. For the price, I expected transparency about exactly what was included and a service that justified the cost. The biggest comparison for me is Boost IV & Wellness in Portland. We have been there and had an AMAZING experience. No ridiculous struggle getting the IV started, no four attempts, no wondering what we were actually receiving, and the entire experience felt professional and worth the money. That is what IV therapy should feel like. Unfortunately, this place felt disorganized, inconsistent, and completely different from what the website led us to expect. If you’re considering booking here, PLEASE do your homework first. Ask exactly what is included in the IV, who will be administering it, what the process is, what services are actually included, and what happens if they cannot successfully start your IV. I would personally not return, and based on my experience, I would strongly encourage people to consider other options before spending their money here. Four needle attempts. Two times the vein was supposedly accessed and then “slipped out.” Painful arms afterward. A service that didn’t match the website. An IV that didn’t contain what we’ve received elsewhere. And an experience that left me extremely pissed off. Save yourself the headache — and potentially the bruises — and look elsewhere

  Our first time ever doing IV therapy and I am so happy we went with primeIV. Everyone inside was so friendly, very informative and inviting. The experience all around left us relaxed and rejuvenated. Walked in the door and from the first minute we felt like family. I wouldn’t bother going anywhere else!!!
