  It was not even my first time - I’ve been to this spa before and it was fine since there’s nothing much in the area. BUT I booked an appointment I couldn’t make because I ended up having plans to visit family. So I called ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE and left a message to cancel. They charged me! When I spoke to the girl on the phone she actually accused me of lying that I had called and left a cancellation message!!! NEVER have I had a salesperson blatantly accuse me of lying in my life. It’s even more absurd because I was a returning customer. SO disrespectful. I asked for a manger to call me back to speak with instead and do you think one ever did? Nope. Guess she was lying when she said one would fall back smfh I would NEVER give a company like this my business, who treats customers this way?

  Ich hatte eine Ganzkörper-Wohlfühlmassage gebucht. super nettes Personal👍🏻 fachlich außerordentlich kompetent 👍🏻Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, fühlte mich willkommen. UND: ich hatte hinterher keinerlei Nachwirkungen!!! 👍🏻🙏🏻 Vielen Dank!!!🙋🏻‍♀️

  I loved the place, they treat you’re nails very kindly with no damage, always using good products to keep your nails clean.
