We had two facials for two people and we both enjoyed our facials very much. The two ladies did a wonderful job. I would really recommend them to anyone travel or staying at the Gorge Hotel

I was 5 min late & had to fill out forms . I wished it had been communicated that they may not have time to properly do all . I added on 2 services, a scalp treatment & hot stones. The stones were totally worth it . The scalp treatment was more of a massage , would not do again . I think its worth it if you book each services separately for a proper massage & body treatment. They ask if its ok to do the massage & then apply body treatment to save time , so I wouldn't have to flip , honestly it shouldnt have made a difference in time. I expected the moisture drenched to be more . I dont think she was able to apply the fennel wax. My services were supposed to be just shy of 2 hrs . Or 50 min each it ended at 11 :35. Usually services are done right til the end. 11:40. Especially since we started 15 min later. With all this being said my masseuse was awesome . Yes I would come back , better communicationis needed from both front desk & masseuse regarding time for services. I would just book one treatment at a time. You will feel the benefits . I gave a 4 because the massage was great ! I gave a 3 because of how expensive it was & time needed to do a proper package.

I was gifted a mani/pedi for this "spa". Booking went smoothly, and instead of a mani/pedi I splurged all out for the top end pedicure, AND a $30 add on for "exfoliation, massage and moisturizing". Total cost was $185 (WAY out of my normal spend) but I thought it would be fun to experience a SPA like treatment - imagining hot towels wrapped around my calves, extended foot massage-the works!). The employees were sweet, but the place the customer sits is literally a wooden bench with a cushion and a 90deg back. No reclining, and very hard on the sit bones. I thought for this price I would be offered fancy spa cucumber water, especially since the treatment was for over an hour. Nope. I was just sitting on a hard bench for 90 minutes.
The tech did a very thorough job getting old skin off my feet, but I'm not sure it was worth $155? Then the $30 add on was basically some exfoliating scrub on my legs, rinsed off and some lotion applied. I was supposed to be getting a massage after the polish dried, but I didn't (I didn't say anything because my behind was so tired of the hard bench).
Not their fault it didn't match up to my expectations of a fancy spa, but for over $200 by the time I added tip, it wasn't much better than the strip mall.

Highly recommend! Start to finish I was very pleased with all aspects of my pedicure. This was my first visit to the Spa and a pedicure from Maggie. She was professional, personal and I received a wonderful relaxing pedicure! Thank you Maggie and staff for an excellent experience. I'll be returning.
