  Went in for a MAINTENANCE haircut back in april by a woman named chelsey who was claimed to be a senior hairstylist. After sitting and telling her what i wanted, which was a small trim of my dead ends and subtle face framing layers, she could not stop talking about how beautiful and long my hair was, and went on to cut off over 6 inches of hair while layering my entire head. After she started blow drying and realizing it was not what i wanted- even though i told her!!- she insisted it would be a “great new look” but all it has done is destroy my confidence, fry my hair because i told her i did NOT want to have to style it everyday which is what i do now, and now i simply have to go spend more money on hair growth products because of her lack of listening. I truly have never been more depressed because of a haircut.

  Always a great experience! Everyone I have interacted with there are so nice and helpful with questions. Plus the piece of chocolate you get when you’re done and the tea while getting services. I see Desiree for my hair and she did a great job helping me transition from colored hair to letting it go natural as was I was coloring to cover the grey but decided to just let it be natural. I recommend this place and Desiree.

  Sami came out late to get me for my cut. She then cut me off while I was describing what I wanted and referred to the time. Throughout my service, she kept referencing the clock. She did not do the cut that I wanted. When she was done, I asked that more be taken off of the length, and that the damaged pieces be trimmed (as I had requested in the first place). She said we were out of time, so that was it. I walked out with 1/2 a haircut for 66$ + tip. I messaged the salon asking if someone could recut my hair, no response.

  hung up on us asking for prices after commenting that 31$ for a men's cut is not affordable.
