    Always a great experience! Everyone I have interacted with there are so nice and helpful with questions. Plus the piece of chocolate you get when you’re done and the tea while getting services. I see Desiree for my hair and she did a great job helping me transition from colored hair to letting it go natural as was I was coloring to cover the grey but decided to just let it be natural. I recommend this place and Desiree.

    Today i got my hair cut with Chelsey and so disappointed with my cut despite of booking a senior hair stylist. Firstly she insisted to cut my hair dry because i have a little bit of curls though i pointed out that my hair needs a wet cut. She cut my hair uneven and the length was too short . I told her to cut my hair in layered style but she takes only 11 minutes and there is no layer in my hair... she unneccessarily pulling and tugging my dry hair . She insisted to take some frizz controlling treatment throughout the hair cut though i assure her to just give a good layered cut. Lastly she applied some curl cream and was about to blow dry my hair but when i said to dry my hair with a diffuser she totally denied that she doesn't have any diffuser. Really... i was stunned hearing this . I have been visiting this salon for over 5 years but this is my worst experience ever. If she doesn't know curly cut must need a diffuser to dry after applying curly product , why she insisted to give me a curly cut . After all this they charged me over 85$ for that 15 mins . Very disappointing .

    So disappointed with my cut despite booking the senior most stylist- mid way through the cut I told the stylist I was not liking it but she kept insisting there is nothing wrong with the cut- I pointed out exactly where and how the cut was clumpy, and i was told it was my hair and after shampoo and style it would look just fine- lo and behold i still really disliked my cut after the styling, told her specifically what was off, showed how it was uneven, how she had cut it too short in some places, and we couldn't rectify unless we reduced length - I told her at the start that I am trying to grow out my hair. Just such a dated bad looking cut. I could sense the stylist getting upset with me and not being able to correct it so I just left - I will have to keep my hair tied for 2-3 months till this grows out. Really would not recommend this place. Deeply disappointed- not aligned with my expectations of Aveda aligned salons.
