And you never know which is which until you walk up to them. Majority of the staff are kind and well educated on their products. You can ask for samples as well and try products at home first. They’re a great place if you get a nice staff member.

Not only did I walk around a nearly empty store with no help, every employee I encountered intentionally walked the other way. When I did find what I was looking for two employees stood where the line begins to check out gossiping and laughing preventing me from going through. Once I did reach the check out the cashier hardly said five words to me. Seems like an absentee manager problem.
