  I have used this salon many times along with my 2 daughters. One being a disabled member of the community. Today, I observed a flower delivery truck parked in the No Parking spot between Hicap spaces that is designed to give extra room for mobility aids. I explained to the driver who told me he was just making a delivery. As I was telling him that is no excuse to park there (him yelling who is he hurting) a women who identified herself as the owner came out the side door. She told me he was fine, he was just making a quick delivery. I told her, no he isn't fine and she doubled down he was, he was there for a quick second. The two then continued to be combative (not apologetic) until I walked away. As I walked away I thanked the owner for letting me know she is absolutely fine with people blocking diabled community members access. (She was hollering she isn't but she didn't tell him to move or not park there. She told me he was fine) So. Before booking here, please know, if you need extra space while parking in the disabled spot, this probably isn't the place for you. It isn't for my family anymore.

  Rosemary provides excellent haircut and color services. I appreciate the time she takes to cut and color my hair. I like that she is skilled with long thick hair. I like the boutique at the salon. I picked up some earrings at my last visit. There is a variety of merchandise to choose from.

  I got a cut and color by Kenia. She is fun and nice to talk to, but the job she did was terrible. The cut is so incredibly uneven, it’s embarrassing. She didn’t blow dry my hair (she rushed me out, in fact the whole process was rushed), so I didn’t get to see how bad it looked. I will never return here.
