Called the store and because of corporate policy they couldn’t help me. Tried calling the corporate numb twice on hold for 39 minutes both times never got a person. Lost the sale price. So I ordered from cosmo prof no problem!!!!!! Let the people who work for you that have a relationship with the stylist do what they are excellent at which is helping us. Please.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
