  This has probably been the worst experience I've had at this location and honestly I don't know if I'll be back. Thankfully I checked in online because it went from a 5 min wait to a 42 min wait when I walked in. Luckily I was first in line. As I was waiting, there was what looked like a new stylist and this other lady walked over and started giving her tips at first for this young kids hair. Not sure what was being discussed because the new stylist was brushing this kids hair in one area for a good 10 minutes. My stylist was ready for me and within 5 minutes the mom of the kid walked over to them and asked what was going on and the conversation between the 2 stylists changed and the one advised she was teaching the new stylist a class. Clearly a lie. The one started talking to the kid like he was 5 and then walked off to go "clock in". Meanwhile my stylist seemed extremely checked out because she did not even follow the instructions for my haircut. She would've let me leave with a line around my head had I not said anything. She just seemed she didn't want to be there. Whoever owns the salon or is a manager needs to do better because there's no reason there should've been that long wait nor should've the one stylist waste the young kid or mom's time.

  Our new go to place for my boys' haircuts! After going to another Great Clips for years, we should have came here since they opened! So much better. Went on a Sunday afternoon, signed up online with zero wait. The salon was spacious and clean. Actually staffed with more than 1 person and the staff were very kind and respectful. Johnny cut two of my kids hair. He was great with my four year old and my oldest wanted me to style it the EXACT same as Johnny did. (I did my best!) We will be back!

  As always nice quick haircut at a reasonable price. Go see my girl Carolyn she’s fantastic.
